We received an email from someone who pre-ordered their Logitech Revue a couple of weeks ago, only to find out that their order had been delayed for reasons unknown. Customers who pre-ordered were promised to be the first to receive their Revue, with a delivery date of October 21st.

Well October 21st has come and gone, and most, if not all, pre-order customers appear to be without a Logitech Revue. The message above has landed in customers inboxes, apologizing for the delay and promising a “special offer” as a thanks for their patience.

Perhaps Logitech shipped too many units to fill Best Buy orders, which is extremely likely at this point. We have no idea what this special offer might be, but it will likely be a discount on accessories such as the HD TV Cam or the Mini-Controller.

Speaking of TV Cam, we found out yesterday that Logitech is sending us one to review, so expect an initial hands on impression sometime next week. Also, stay tuned for our initial impressions of the Logitech Revue set up process, along with a companion video in the AM.
