Last week we told you that Google TV was headed to 80 different foreign markets in Europe via Sony. Earlier today, Sony France’s chief Philippe Citroën made the announcement that Google TV was landing in France on September 24th in the form of two different devices: a basic version for €199 and a Blu-Ray player for €299.
French users will have access to some unique services, including France Télévisions’ catch-up service Pluzz. Google TV was released in the Netherlands last month and is headed to Germany this month.
