Shoppers rejoice! The popular home shopping network QVC has released a Google TV optimized version of their Android application for easier searching and shopping. The entire catalogue has been digitalized, and users can browse, watch videos, and order from their Google TV remote.  Dr. Ulrich Flatten, CEO QVC Germany, had the following to say:

“With Google TV convergence is finally a reality. The classic medium of television and the internet are connected with one click. QVC is proud to be one of the first German TV providers that offer such a specially developed app. This is an important step in our strategy as a leader in multimedia online retailing. This also underlines our position as an innovator in the home shopping business. ”
