The Google Play Music app has been updated, and it now supports newer Google TV devices like the Sony NSZ-GS7 and Vizio Co-Star. Until now the app displayed as “incompatible” in the Google Play store, but older devices like the Logitech Revue were not affected. This couldn’t have been timed better for the release of the Co-Star, but owners of the Sony NSZ-GS7 have had to be far too patient in my opinion.

Nevertheless, the app is here and can be downloaded from the Google Play store.
