Logitech has announced that they are holding a special event in San Francisco next Wednesday, October 6, in order to formally introduce the Logitech Revue. The company is also expected to launch an associated webcam for convenient, HD video calling, which would likely utilize Logitech’s Vid HD platform.
Logitech CEO Jerry Quindlen will be on hand for the event, will will be a logical platform for announcing an official launch date as well. The current rumored date is October 17, with Best Buy being the most likely retail location for consumers to purchase Google TV products.
